Who doesn’t like a quick sweet snack that uses only two ingredients and is easy enough to have your kids make it for you?


1 cup Cashews
1 cup Dates


• In a food processor blend ingredients until they form a granulated appearance.
• Form mixture into a ball and place between sheets of waxed paper
• Roll out mixture to ¼ – ½ inch thickness
• Cut 1 inch squares and stack bars with squares of waxed paper between each square.
• Refrigerate for 30 minutes
• Enjoy
